1) Some students on the back row wait until the bright students on the front row have selected their answer. How can I stop them copying?

On the options panel click 'Conceal Answers' in the Student Commands section.

2) I only have 15 computers in my classroom, is there a way of letting students share a computer?

Yes. When at least 1 pupil on each machine has logged in, click 'Allow Sharing' on the options panel. From this point on, students can right click on their program and select 'Log In Another Student'.

3) Last lesson I did 15 out of 32 questions from a QIZ file and I want to continue the QIZ today. Is their a way of jumping directly to question 16?

Yes. Firstly load the QIZ. Then, from the tools menu, select 'Go to QIZ question...' then type in 16. When you click the green arrow for the next question, you will see question 16.

4) The evaluation copy of Classroom Q&A has expired an I haven't had chance to try it. What can I do?

Email support@computerteacher.co.uk and ask for an extention of the trial period.

5) Can I copy the scores into a spreadsheet for recording purposes?

Yes. At the end of the session, select 'Save Scores' from the File menu. The names of your students & their scores are saved to a .csv file which you can open with your spreadsheet package. To ensure that the names are in the same order as your spreadsheet markbook, prepare a class list before the lesson, when you open the class list your pupils will appear on the grid in the deired order, making it easier to transfer to your markbook later.
