To install unzip the contents to a public area of your school network.
(eg. On RM Networks save in on the P: drive)

Create a shortcut to Classroom Teacher.exe and make this available on staff desktops

Create a shortcut to Classroom Student.exe and make this available on pupil desktops

Configuration
Create a notepad file called teacherservers.txt file so that you:

• state the station name of the teachers computer (prefix this with 'teacher=')
• list all of the station names in your classroom

Save this file in the installation folder where Classroom Teacher.exe, Classroom Student.exe & QIZEditor.exe

Example for 2 classrooms (rooms 1 & 3) the file may contain the following:

Where r1s2, r1s3, r1s4, r1s5, r1s6, r1s7, r1s8, r1s9 are student PC's in room1 & the teacher is sat at station r1s1
&
..in room 3 the teacher is sat at station r3s1 with students at r3s2, r3s3, r3s4, r3s5, r3s6, r3s7 & r3s8.

Full Version
Upon ordering Classroom Q&A you will be sent a classroomqa_licence.cli file which when saved in the installation folder will unlock the evaluation copy.

The full version has no time limit & can be configured to run in as many classrooms as are licenced.
